A smart apartment in the community

Next to the hostel in Migdal Ha'Emek, a satellite apartment designed for community housing integrated with a normative population was built. The apartment is part of a pilot with an innovative concept that, on the one hand, is a lever for the training and empowerment of the hostel residents who have chosen an independent life, along with an opportunity to continue enjoying all the special services that exist in the hostel (medical, nursing, rehabilitation, and employment ). The apartment is equipped as a smart apartment that allows maximum independence and reduced dependence on caregivers.
